Job Title: Structure Lead Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structure Lead Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the efforts of discipline engineering work performed for projects and/or manufacturing, fabrication, and installation sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prioritize discipline engineering work to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure discipline engineering deliverables meet contract requirements, project QHSE plan, and TechnipFMC and discipline engineering processes and standards.
  • Approve design basis and coordinate design activities within discipline.
  • Interface with other lead engineers and project support functions such as procurement and planning.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Engineering or equivalent with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.
  • Strong technical skills in engineering.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Good presentation and coaching skills.
  • Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding customer requirements and ability to translate them into product specifications.
  • Office Pack and Excel in particular, along with finite element software (SACS, STAAD PRO, ABAQUS, ANSYS or equivalent) and analytical calculation tools (MATHCAD).
  • Fluent in French & English.
