Position Overview
In the role of Furnace and Batch Processing Specialist, you will primarily work day shifts, with the flexibility to cover for absences as needed. Your expertise in safely and efficiently operating our furnace will be crucial, along with your ability to assist in both routine and non-routine maintenance tasks within the Batch & Furnace team.
When covering shifts, you may be required to work 12-hour shifts, which could include nights or days, as our operations run year-round, including weekends and public holidays.
If you thrive in high-pressure environments, possess strong decision-making skills, and can manage your time effectively, this position may be an excellent fit for you.
