Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Appetite 4 Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant to success by delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and motivating your team.

About the Role:

  • Lead a high-performing team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, supplies, and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain management, and maintenance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
