Site Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Manager to join our Control Period 7 (CP7) renewals portfolio in the Wales & Western region. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract activities on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Leading by example and promoting a positive safety culture and a right first time attitude among the site team and the supply chain.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with other site management, the client, the local community, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring the delivery of a quality product that meets the customer's requirements and expectations.
- Maximising the profitability of the project by identifying and recording changes, managing resources efficiently, and closing out defects and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Supporting and developing your team members and sharing best practices and lessons learned across the sector.
We are looking for a Site Manager with a strong track record of working on railway stations, depots, and other rail infrastructure. You will have a valid SMSTS qualification, a valid CSCS card, PTS, and other identified training. A good level of IT skills is also essential.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver high-quality results. You will also be committed to the Octavius values of integrity, caring, progressive, openness, and quality.
