Role Overview:
As a Lead CAD Machine Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Creating CNC programs for both 4 & 5 axis machinery and multi-axis Turn-Mills utilizing Siemens NX and Vericut software. Additionally, you will develop CNC grinding programs for a variety of grinding equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee New Part Introduction processes for both prototype and production initiatives.
  • Establish manufacturing routings and Bill of Materials (BOM) using SAP ERP systems.
  • Design and develop fixtures and tooling for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Facilitate departmental training and career advancement opportunities.
  • Program and machine intricate components within the Automotive and Aerospace sectors.
