Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning of verification activities for systems and equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage the validation life cycle for all projects, from planning to execution and documentation.
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, analyze results, and compile documentation and reports to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Quality, to ensure test methods, equipment, and materials are available in line with company timelines.
  • Analyze and interpret data with precision and contribute to design reviews and collaborative discussions to drive process improvements.
  • Work with planning and operations to schedule validation timelines to ensure business requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Validation Engineer, ideally in the pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, or biotechnology industry.
  • Qualification in Engineering or a related technical field, and/or qualified by experience.
  • Excellent technical writing and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Training or experience in GAMP5 to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Experience with Injection Molding and Automation is advantageous, but not essential.
