Position Overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer. The individual will undertake various responsibilities, including:
- Conducting recruitment and sourcing activities via phone calls and social media job postings.
- Identifying and attracting new candidates to fulfill project needs.
- Evaluating candidates through screening processes.
- Conducting telephone interviews with potential candidates.
- Performing reference checks and managing the candidate database.
- Executing right-to-work verifications.
- Posting job vacancies on the company website, social media, and job boards in accordance with management-set KPIs.
- Ensuring a steady influx of new candidates for the operations team.
- Proactively sourcing candidates ahead of job requirements.
- Accurately processing orders from the operations team in line with company protocols.
- Escalating any significant issues to management as necessary.
- Handling various administrative tasks.
- Utilizing the company’s database system to document all recruitment and client interactions.
- Ensuring compliance by verifying that no candidate is placed without full compliance.
Job Requirements:
No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided by senior staff.
Proficiency in another language, particularly Romanian, is advantageous but not essential.
