Ocean Freight Export Documentation Specialist

Distinct Consultancy Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Ocean Freight Export Documentation Coordinator to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate the export documentation process for our ocean freight services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of export clearance procedures and be able to work effectively with clients, overseas agents, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate export clearance procedures, including completing AWB's, bills of lading instructions, and customs entries.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation for export, including identification and preparation of customs forms.
- Liaise with clients, overseas agents, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Work closely with the freight forwarding team to ensure seamless export operations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a freight forwarding business.
- Strong knowledge of export clearance procedures and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
