Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Advisor to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to overcome barriers to employment and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of referred customers, providing guidance and support to help them overcome employment barriers.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments to understand customers' circumstances, preferences, and barriers to employment.
  • Achieve high-quality customer service standards and meet performance targets.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of the local labour market.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Fully IT literate in using Microsoft Office programmes and modern digital technologies.
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment and delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
