Stock Control Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock Control Team Manager to join our Reconciliation Team at The Compleat Food Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of factory stocks, ensuring they are maintained at the correct level. This will involve managing formal quarterly stock takes, reconciling and balancing weekly site stocks, and creating material variance reports.

You will also be responsible for managing the reconciliation team, including regular individual and team performance reviews, and reviewing and challenging Purchase Orders (PO's) and debit notes.

Additionally, you will create and manage transport and non-stock PO's, near miss reporting, and support site training and work with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for someone with experience of working in a food manufacturing environment, good English and Maths ability, basic HACCP awareness, and Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a flexible attitude. They will also be self-motivated with a positive attitude and be able to work to tight deadlines.
