**Stock Control Team Lead**
We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Control Team Lead to join our Reconciliation Team at The Compleat Food Group.
As a Stock Control Team Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of factory stocks to ensure they are maintained at the correct level.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage formal quarterly stock takes and escalate any concerns
- Reconcile and balance off weekly site stocks
- Create material variance reports
- Manage the reconciliation team, including regular individual and team performance reviews
- Review and challenge Purchase Orders (PO's) and debit notes
- Create and manage transport and non-stock PO's
- Near Miss Reporting
- Support site training and work with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate and encourage site Health and Safety
**Requirements:**
- Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment
- Good English and Maths ability
- Basic HACCP awareness
- Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene
