Lead the Way with Costa Coffee

We're seeking a talented Barista Maestro to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading your colleagues to achieve their best.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on new challenges. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading shifts and supporting your colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Maximizing sales and revenue through effective people management and stock control
  • Training and accrediting new Baristas to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Staying up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and sharing your knowledge with the team
  • Driving high standards across the store, from quality to customer satisfaction
About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and people. As a Barista Maestro, you'll need:

  • Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • A desire to take on shared responsibility and contribute to the success of the store
  • A love of learning and a willingness to develop your skills and knowledge
  • A flexible approach and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
