Job Summary

The Royal Opera House is seeking a talented Junior Designer/Artworker to join our in-house Creative Studios team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating marketing campaigns that promote and amplify our output of world-class ballet and opera.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual materials for marketing campaigns, including print and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure consistency in branding and visual identity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Royal Opera House's brand and artistic vision.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and artworking.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign.
  • Demonstrable track record of art-working, design, and production skills.
  • Experience in print and digital design, with a keen eye for detail and strong typographic skills.
  • Experience in Adobe Animate software and creating digital banners for advertising.
  • Ability to work to tight project constraints and deadlines, while maintaining accuracy.
  • Ability to contribute ideas and work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
