About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our team at VirtualResource. As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying integration solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop integration solutions using Workday Studio, EIB, PECI/CCW, and other Workday integration tools.
  • Provide guidance to clients on integration strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and execute test plans, manage scenario testing, and validate file solutions.
  • Manage the setup, analysis, validation, and integration of partner data exchanges.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer.
  • 5+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java,.Net, middleware).
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, PECI/CCW, and other Workday integration tools.
  • Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, REST, and SOAP web services.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
  • Experience with SQL and database management.
  • Deep understanding of Workday HCM and business processes.
  • Familiarity with Workday security model and data governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
