Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for the complete recruitment lifecycle, including delivering an end-to-end recruitment service using best practice methods.
Key Objectives- Develop and implement an efficient and professional recruitment strategy, ensuring measurable results and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish and manage the internal recruitment service, building a talent pipeline in line with business unit requirements.
- Champion the recruitment process, ensuring consistency and high standards across all recruitment activities.
- Assure compliance with legal and company recruitment policies and procedures, protecting the company against risk.
- Work closely with the HR Manager to formulate and action a strategy targeting apprentice, internship, and graduate routes.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of hiring via direct contact and managing recruitment campaigns.
- Excellent IT and keyboard skills, with a sound working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent knowledge of current employment law, particularly surrounding recruitment.
- Ability to remain confidential and maintain high personal standards, with excellent attention to detail and presentation of work.
- Effective communicator, with the confidence, influence, and interpersonal skills to build productive working relationships.
- Self-starting, able to work on own initiative and prioritize a wide variety of tasks.
