Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Nurse/ Child Practitioner to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, particularly a bright and energetic young girl who requires 1:1 support with her complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to our service user, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with our service user, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support is provided to our service user.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with complex care needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
