Job Title: Nursery Nurse/Child Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursery Nurse/Child Practitioner to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong passion for working with children and young people who require complex clinical care. As a Nursery Nurse/Child Practitioner, you will work closely with our service users and their families to develop personalized care plans, ensuring that their unique needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care and support to service users with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with service users and their families
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in comprehensive training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion
Requirements
  • Essential experience in pediatric care, including personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration
  • Desirable experience in catheter care and knowledge of Makaton and sign language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
