Our practice is rooted in legislative guidelines, providing support to vulnerable children and their families. Candidates will be responsible for producing comprehensive assessments, intervention strategies, and child plans. Participation in essential meetings, including Looked After Reviews, children's hearings, and child protection discussions, is required, with a strong emphasis on child-centered practices.

Our team employs a strength-based methodology and is enhancing its skills in trauma-informed care, emphasizing relationship-based strategies. We aim to empower families to seek assistance, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support.
