Lead Practitioner

Our home in Kilbirnie is recruiting for a Lead Practitioner now We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services. Fundamental to your role will be the engagement in, and management of, each child’s plan and ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.

The Aspire team assists children and young people aged 8 to 18 years to be fully included within the local community and to ensure they have the capacity to prosper beyond Aspire Scotland in the wider post-school world.

We require experience and following characteristics to be successful in this role:
**Resilience** - We support some of the most vulnerable children in society who have varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and associated difficulties so there will be times where your resilience is challenged.
