Job Summary:

Orona UK is seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team in London. As a key member of our Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and escalators across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular planned maintenance visits to ensure our lifts and escalators are in optimal working condition.
  • Breakdown Response: Attend lift breakdown callouts to diagnose and repair issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Service Delivery: Meet agreed response times and service level agreements, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Equipment Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in Orona and competitor lifting equipment, including LG1 examinations and basic repairs.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize your technical skills and knowledge to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
