  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and maintenance work on lifts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers to maximize first-time fix rates.
  • Travel throughout the designated coverage area to perform service and maintenance work.
  • Maintain a professional image and represent Stirling Warrington as a company ambassador.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Lift Service or Maintenance Engineer position.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as J Modules, for the position.
  • Proficiency in fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of Passenger and Goods lifts.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized with a full UK driving license.
