Overview of the Position

The Special Educational Needs (SEN) Instructor will establish a clear vision and objectives for student achievement, utilizing their expertise to track progress, provide consistent feedback, and inspire our students to adopt a responsible and diligent approach to their education.

We are particularly keen on candidates with backgrounds in teaching or special educational needs, particularly those experienced with autism spectrum conditions. As a SEN Instructor, you will strive to engage and motivate students through lessons designed to enhance learning and elevate academic performance.

Important Note

Please include written examples of your experience working with students on the autism spectrum.

Required Experience

  • Experience working with SEN across Key Stages 3 to 5

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
