We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our Maintenance department at Autocraft Solutions Group's headquarters in Belton, Grantham. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities across the site, with a focus on electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with maintenance and production team members to complete repairs to production plant, equipment, and site services.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults on plant and equipment, using electrical and mechanical skills.
- Install new plant or modify existing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct planned inspection routes on process plant and proactive maintenance, reporting activities in the Computer Maintenance Management System (Agility).
- Work safely and efficiently, adhering to company and British safety standards.

Requirements:- Comprehensive technical knowledge of electrical systems, including PLCs, motor control circuits, and safety standards.
- Understanding of hazards and controls associated with machinery and industrial environments.
- ONC/HNC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, supported by a recognised apprenticeship.
- IEE Regs qualification and experience of working effectively in an operational team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
