Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Greenacre School, a leading special school in the UK. As a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students with severe and complex learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teachers in preparing lessons and resources
  • Support students with SEN/SEMH needs in a classroom setting
  • Help with small and whole class group work
  • Complete records and pupil plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Experience working in a school setting
  • IDEALLY experience working with children/young people with SEN/SEMH needs
  • MUST be educated to GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • NVQ L3 qualification or willingness to work towards
