Position Overview:

In this role, you will be an integral part of our Policy and Strategic Partnerships team, contributing to the coordination and execution of MAG's policy and advocacy initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass our interactions with essential treaties, UN programs, and various political stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to maintain a deep understanding of the policy landscape relevant to our operations.
  • Collaborate across different programs and departments to enhance organizational insights on policy and advocacy matters.
  • Support the successful implementation of MAG's Strategic Framework through your advocacy efforts.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, with a talent for synthesizing complex information for diverse audiences. You should have experience in engaging with political stakeholders and a solid understanding of how policies are implemented in practice, alongside the political dynamics impacting MAG and the broader sectors.

A Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline is required, along with a proven track record of producing high-quality written analyses and a keen eye for detail. Your commitment to MAG's vision, values, and mission will be essential, as you represent the organization with enthusiasm, diplomacy, and professionalism.
