Position Overview

Event Production Specialist for Immersive Experiences

Compensation: £200 – £230/Day

Contract Type: Freelance

Work Arrangement: London – Hybrid model with 3 days in-office

Contract Length: Minimum of 12 months

Role Summary:

Our client is in search of an Event Production Specialist to become an integral part of their vibrant team, aiding in the execution of a pioneering, large-scale immersive initiative, alongside other remarkable projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Support: Aid the production team, including Producers and Technical Directors, with scheduling, meeting organization, and administrative duties.
  • Project Oversight: Assist in financial planning, recruitment, and logistical arrangements for production phases, from conceptualization to live execution.
  • Client & Partner Relations: Engage with external collaborators and oversee production schedules.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in event or theatrical production, ideally within immersive environments.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, project management, and communication abilities. Experience managing budgets up to £500k is advantageous.
  • Passion: A strong enthusiasm for immersive storytelling and a meticulous attention to detail.
