Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to product quality and motivating the team.
- Continuously assess operations to ensure compliance with production standards.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold high standards throughout the production process, from dough preparation to final product.
- Ensure all toppings and fillings are freshly prepared on-site using top-quality ingredients, adhering to specified guidelines.
- Promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health and Safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all procedures.
- Manage inventory, portion control, and minimize waste.
- Effectively plan and prioritize personal workload.
General Duties:
- Consistently seek opportunities to enhance cost efficiencies and savings.
- Conduct regular quality checks, including weight and quality assessments.
- Maintain segregated areas for allergens and other sensitive ingredients.
- Actively pursue continuous improvement in quality standards.
- Foster open communication with colleagues to maximize team performance.
- Address conflicts directly and engage with challenging issues.
- Leverage team expertise in resolving production challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting Risk Assessments and training related to Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
