About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Corporate Affairs to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our Communications department, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's public affairs strategy and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive public affairs strategy to support the company's business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and media representatives.
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on public affairs and communications matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute communications plans that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory developments, and market conditions to inform public affairs and communications strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a strong media engagement plan, including building relationships with key journalists and commentators.
  • Support the development and implementation of crisis communications plans to mitigate potential risks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in public affairs, corporate communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory developments and their impact on business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and media representatives.
