Job Summary:

Job Heron is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fitness Professional to join our team as a Personal Trainer at one of our luxury residential properties in the UK. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized fitness programs for our residents, providing ongoing support and guidance, and maintaining a safe and clean fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver personalized fitness programs for residents
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to residents while they are using the gym
  • Keep records of residents' progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Offer advice on diet and lifestyle to ensure the success of the training programs
  • Deliver exercise classes and workshops for residents
  • Demonstrate proper use of exercise equipment and monitor misuse to ensure safety
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained fitness area and equipment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of personal training experience in a premium health club
  • REPS level 3 (or higher) personal training qualification
  • Additional expertise in Boxing is highly desirable
  • First Aid qualification is a plus
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on resident needs
