Fitness Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at USP College. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs to our students and customers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
The successful candidate will have a recognized minimum level 2 Gym Instructor qualification, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately. They will also have experience of managing team workloads, motivating customers, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver fitness programs to students and customers
- Conduct inductions to the gym and provide support for students and customers
- Write and implement fitness programs
- Conduct cleaning and maintenance checks
- Supervise the day-to-day running of the sport centre
The successful candidate will have:
- High standards of communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work as a team player and on your own initiative
- Experience of managing team workloads
- The ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to motivate customers
