About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team at Tropic Skincare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in the production of our award-winning skincare products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture a wide range of skincare products using various machinery, including large vessels and spectrophotometers.
  • Analyse raw materials and finished products to guarantee accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain Tropic's standards and specifications, ensuring every product meets our high standards.
  • Work closely with chemists, engineers, and production teams to experiment with new combinations and troubleshoot.
  • Adhere to all safe working practices and ensure the team follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage the flow of products and materials, ensuring efficient production processes.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year's experience using manufacturing equipment at a machine operator level.
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • A systematic and determined approach, with a keen eye for detail and a natural curiosity about science.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and problem-solve.
What We Offer
  • Employment Type: Full-time, 4 days per week (Wednesday to Saturday, am to pm).
