We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the Motor Vehicles Department at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of the curriculum, working closely with the Head of Department for Engineering and Motor Vehicles and the Assistant Principal.
The ideal candidate will have a teaching qualification of at least Level 4 and exceptional delivery and management skills. You will be responsible for driving student progress towards successful completion and working with department stakeholders to develop strategies and new curriculum features to improve Motor Vehicles and Engineering at Windsor Forest Colleges Group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the curriculum for the Motor Vehicles Department
- Work closely with the Head of Department for Engineering and Motor Vehicles and the Assistant Principal
- Drive student progress towards successful completion
- Develop strategies and new curriculum features to improve Motor Vehicles and Engineering
- Assist in the dissemination of strategies and monitor implementation
