About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our commercial team at James Cropper PLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of projects for selected new business and change projects within luxury packaging and creative papers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initial selection and prioritization to trial and scale-up, ensuring timely delivery and commercial success.
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to control project timelines, adhere to internal processes, and hold team members accountable.
  • Develop and present formal proposal documents outlining specification, service offering, and commercial proposals, including critical milestones and dates.
  • Hand-off completed projects to commercial business functions and complete formal customer data requests.
Requirements
  • Proven track-record in delivering complex multi-discipline projects.
  • Excellent internal networker with the ability to drive action and pace by mobilizing a diverse team.
  • Process-driven and disciplined with a focus on execution.
  • Strong resource allocator with the ability to prioritize critical path tasks.
  • Owner of project briefs, bid documents, and ongoing project plans.
  • Engaging presenter with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders internally and with customers.
