Trainee Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

Nexus ERP is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. This role offers a fantastic chance to develop skills in sales and customer service while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet and register new applicants, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
  • Organize and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential clients
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants, providing exceptional communication and support
  • Negotiate offers received, utilizing strong negotiation skills to achieve successful outcomes

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales environment, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Good people skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Smart, well-spoken, and articulate, with a professional demeanor
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven, with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • A full UK driving license and car ownership are essential, with parking provided
