Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate lets to achieve the best outcome for both tenants and landlords
  • Conduct viewings in a professional manner to ensure the best results
  • Organize pre-tenancy paperwork and upload properties to main portals
  • Register applicants and handle walk-ins
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Contribute to achieving the best market share and reputation for offering a quality, reliable, and results-driven service
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar lettings negotiator role is advantageous
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to drive and access to a vehicle
Benefits:
  • A basic salary of £27,000 plus monthly commission and annual bonuses, OTE in the region of £37,000
