This role would suit an individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments where no two days are the same, working and supporting on exciting campaigns and projects across the social housing and new builds sectors.
This role has 2 direct marketing reports and would suit someone who is agile, a team player, and driven to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Ambassador: Create, implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive and proactive marketing and communications program that will enhance the Ideal Heating brand and position to increase sales.
- Campaign Planning: Construct a fully integrated marketing campaign plan for the brand, taking into account key messaging, product launches, and important campaigns for both installer and consumer across our one-off, social housing, and new build channels.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with the digital and creative teams to ensure that campaigns briefs are understood and that key messaging and timelines are relayed.
- Project Management: Be the project lead on key campaigns within the brand.
- Content Creation: Create all content for internal comms for important marketing messaging.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement an aggressive national and local marketing plan to increase awareness through various marketing channels and activities.
- Regional Marketing: Implement and deliver regional marketing initiatives, supporting large installation customers.
- Brand Awareness: Develop ideas and marketing opportunities to obtain extensive brand awareness.
- Team Support: Work closely with all areas of the business, including the digital team, sales, and product management, to ensure initiatives are supported, communicated, and aligned.
- Brand Protection: Protect and champion the brand to ensure articulation and consistent communication of image, brand, and position internally and externally.
- Content Management: Manage content creation, including messaging for blogs, emails, and social media.
- Content Planning: Work with the team to create a yearly structured plan of content that combines subjects, including seasonality, planned events, and product launches.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field with a minimum of five years of professional working experience, preferably within B2B and B2C businesses.
- Management experience is essential.
- 1. Experience of working within a fast-paced, results-oriented business.
- 2. An enthusiastic, motivated, detail-oriented manner, a self-starter, and able to demonstrate initiative.
- 3. A strong understanding of the current marketing landscape and importance of comprehensive marketing strategies.
- 4. A demonstrated ability to produce outstanding writing and communication skills with the ability to write in numerous styles, including news, feature, and promotional materials.
- 5. A team player able to work constructively and positively in supporting colleagues and all aspects of brand development and success.
- 6. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage people and projects effectively, delegate responsibility, and provide follow-through on multiple projects.
- 7. The ability to strategize, anticipate problems, and identify opportunities to build and protect the brands.
- 8. Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office products, SAP/CRM, or similar systems.
