- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide comprehensive care for residents in a nursing home setting.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and implement improvements as needed, ensuring resident well-being and satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff, adhering to nursing home regulations and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Nursing qualification with a valid UK NMC PIN.
- Proven track record of Home Management experience.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on enhancing the quality of life for residents.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing home management, ensuring compliance with nursing home-specific regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering effective relationships with residents, families, and staff.
