Key Responsibilities:- Manage the care home's daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
- Supervise and support care staff to deliver exceptional care to residents.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans for residents, considering their unique needs and preferences.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents by maintaining a comfortable and secure environment.
- Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere, fostering emotional and social well-being for residents.
- NMC PIN: Active Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
- Experience in a nursing home setting, ideally with dementia care experience.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
- Proven experience in supervising staff and coordinating care services.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Strong business acumen to help steer the home towards financial success and high occupancy.
- A competitive salary of GBP48,255 - GBP55,500 per annum.
