About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Buying Assistant to join our team at The Very Group. As a Buying Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our buying function, with a focus on sample management and maintaining our sample library.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of samples and maintain the sample library
- Provide administrative support to the buying function
- Develop a strong understanding of the category critical path and supply chain
Requirements:
- Previous experience in buying or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
About You
- You have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
- You have a strong understanding of the customer and are able to prioritize and manage workload
