We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Manager in the running of our care homes and deputising in their absence.

As a leader in our care homes, you will be responsible for providing effective management and supervision of a great team, promoting positive outcomes for disabled people, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal support. You will also be responsible for monitoring and providing the highest standards of clinical and personal support to our customers, promoting independence and choice.

This is a challenging yet exciting opportunity to grow and develop as a member of our brilliant Leonard Cheshire team, making a difference to so many lives. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to people with disabilities.
