Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Evolve Selection Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and growing a successful range of Optometry treatments across the North of England.

About the Role: As an Area Sales Manager, you will be working closely with Optometrists to promote and sell our Optometry products. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales success and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high standard of knowledge on our Optometry products and the competition.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage in impactful and persuasive customer interactions that build strong relationships and drive account objectives forward.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of products with an account management approach, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in working in the Optometry/Optics sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
