Position Summary

This role is term-time only, encompassing 39 weeks of the year, with a competitive salary of £27,000 for a 37.5-hour work week. We are seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee operations in the Media City area, dedicated to providing future generations with healthy and appetizing meal options.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the delivery of thousands of meals daily, maintaining high standards of service across schools and colleges.
- Exhibit professionalism and organization, along with excellent communication skills, fostering a genuine passion for food and service.
- Engage in hands-on management, collaborating with your team to uphold health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Utilize knowledge of GP calculations and IT skills to enhance operational efficiency.
