About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant at Chartwells - Universities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving Customers: Greet customers with a smile, serve them with pride, and ensure they receive an easy and seamless experience.
  • Food Service Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about our food service and help customers with natural service, making recommendations and answering questions.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Chartwells - Universities and maintain a positive brand image, ensuring our customers have a great experience.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with Health and Safety regulations, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
