Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective bid strategies to secure new contracts and projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure bid submissions meet client requirements and expectations.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records of bid submissions, including timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
  5. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on bid performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of bid strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
