About the Company:

Our client, a well-established contractor, specializes in construction, M&E, and fire protection projects within the social housing and healthcare sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven Bid Manager to lead their bid development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective bid strategies to secure new contracts.
  2. Lead a team of bid coordinators to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project information and develop compelling bid proposals.
  4. Analyze bid results and provide insights to improve future bid performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
