**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute mid- and high-frequency trading strategies, leveraging statistical validation and execution expertise.
  • Design and implement trading infrastructure and research infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
  • Lead the development of execution management systems and order flow optimization solutions, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Provide senior-level development experience, with expertise in Python and C++ programming languages, and a strong focus on Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Familiarity with FX execution is a significant advantage.

**Requirements**

  • At least 12 years of combined experience in statistical validation, trading infrastructure development, execution management systems, and senior development experience.
  • A strong background in quantitative finance and algorithmic trading, with a clear demonstration of relevant experience on your CV and LinkedIn profile.
