Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Advanced Practitioner in Perinatal Mental Health.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the clinical and operational team to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care to service users.
  • Play a central role in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide expert clinical advice and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and carers to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Professional (RMN, AHCP) with a minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience.
  • Education to degree level (at least 2:2 honors degree) and GCSE or Level 2 Maths and English Language with original certificates required.
  • Experience of working with clients with complex needs, compiling protocols and clinical guidance, and audit and research.
  • Advanced Clinical Practice skills and management of service users with complex needs.
