About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Rehab Team in Preston. As a Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, promoting independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans for individuals with mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families on mental health and wellness
