Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3+)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Fennies Nurseries. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Child Development: Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Deliver the EYFS curriculum, ensuring that children meet their full potential and develop a love for learning.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience in a nursery or childcare setting, with a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
