About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Consultant to join our dynamic and growing consultancy team.

In this role, you will provide expert advice and consultancy services across a variety of sectors, ensuring that clients meet their Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver high-quality EHS consultancy services, including risk assessments, compliance audits, and fire risk assessments.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of consultancy projects, ensuring that client expectations and high standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support to address their Health, Safety, and Environmental needs.
  • Assist clients with the implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, ensuring compliance and continual improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, proposals, and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of consultancy services, offering insights for improving internal processes and client offerings.
Requirements
  • Graduate IOSH membership with up-to-date CPD.
  • Practitioner IEMA membership.
  • EHS auditor qualifications, ideally lead auditor status.
  • Proven experience in delivering EHS consultancy services, particularly in multi-site environments and across various sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, and the ability to conduct risk assessments and compliance audits.
  • Excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
